Who is your biggest role model?
The candidate should provide an example of someone they look up to in the field of multimedia journalism or reporting and explain why this person is inspiring to them. They should highlight aspects of that person's career path and how they became as inspirational as they are today. They should also mention ways they try to learn from that person and why they believe they will be a better multimedia journalist because of it.
Alternatively, the candidate can choose a person outside of the field, and explain why this person has influenced their life. They should explain why this change in them makes them a good candidate for the job.
"My biggest role model is Lester Holt because he started in a very small market and now is the anchor of the nightly news. He worked his way to the top, and put in much time and effort, and I believe I can do the same."
