The saying goes, if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Interviewers can tell when a candidate loves what they do, and can expect a high quality of work out of someone who is excited about doing the work.

A good response includes a passionate account of what the candidate hopes to accomplish during this job. The candidate should discuss their favorite aspect of the job, or something they hope to learn. The response should get the interviewer excited about hiring this person.
