Rotating shifts are quite common as a millwright. Discuss your availability with the hiring manager.
If your schedule is flexible: "I have flexibility in my schedule, yes. I understand that rotating shifts are generally a requirement as a millwright and I am happy to accommodate any needs."
If your schedule is not very flexible: "I am able to work as a team player, however; night shifts are not ideal for me. Could you please tell me more about the rotating shifts?"
