"I manage my time very well. I do so by ensuring that at the start of every shift I have a full understanding of what my primary tasks are for the day. I keep organized this way and my supervisors have stated their appreciation for that quite often."

I manage my time very well. At the start of every shift, I prepare my plan of attack, then revise my plan before I start the task. I accomplish my task always before the deadline. The supervisor gives me compliments for it a lot

Stephanie's Feedback
This is a great start, but I suggest providing a few examples of internal systems that you use to manage your time (example: Google calendar, a scheduling app, etc.) You mentioned your "plan of attack," but I suggest being more specific by including an example of what that would actually look like for you in an average shift.
