      These are good thoughts! Consider rephrasing your answer, however, so it comes across as more positive and thorough, in addition to including concrete steps you might take in this sort of situation. Please see below for another way you could answer this question.
      "In situations where a coworker is difficult, I usually employ the strategy of limiting my interactions with them and remaining as neutral as possible in their vicinity. In other words, I try not to engage with them unless it's necessary to complete my job responsibilities. I leave them on their own to do what they're going to do, while I focus on performing my job to the best of my ability. In other cases, I might talk to them one-on-one and try to understand their perspective. If I believe I can help them to resolve whatever their issues are, I will gladly help. But, in general, my goal in dealing with difficult coworkers is to not let their negativity impact my job performance."
