Giving a generic answer like 'I want to work here because you have the best team in town' shows that you have not dug deep into the company's mission and vision statement and will not make you stand out to the interviewer. Also, avoid saying you want to be a part of their team because they pay well or have health insurance benefits. This can make it seem like you are only interested in the money. The interviewer wants to hire someone who has a genuine interest in the company and will be a team player.
