Having strong project managers is one of the most critical aspects of running an engineering firm. The project managers are responsible for managing budgets and schedules, distributing workload fairly and efficiently and developing junior staff and helping them mature into more valuable members of the team. A good project manager needs to be organized, have strong attention to detail, communicate effectively and have confidence in their engineering judgement.
