The interviewer would like to know that they can rely on you to continue your best work, despite undesirable road conditions. If you have experience driving under icy conditions, be sure to discuss the experience that you have. If you are inexperienced, be sure to show the interviewer that you are confident and open to further training. The most important aspect of this question is for the interviewer to see that you are reliable and confident, no matter the weather.
"I have been driving for many years in rain, sleet, snow, and storms. I am accustomed to driving in icy conditions, and you can rest assured that I will not make excuses in poor weather. In poor driving conditions, I take extra time and care during my route."
