"I prefer verbal communication because I feel that with written communication, a lot can be misread due to lack of tone, fluctuation, expression and body language. I will always choose a face to face conversation whenever possible."

Communication is essential in the work environment, and both are equally important. However, I prefer verbal communication because I enjoy face-to-face interactions. I can read body language and gain a sense of tone and expressions. Plus, written communication can be misunderstood, though it is a good strategy for documenting a conversation.
