In college, I was part of a multicultural student organization where I interacted with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. I also worked at a retail store with people of different ages, races, and ethnicities. Currently, in my job, I work with a team of colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. I believe that working in a diverse environment has helped me become more open-minded and understanding of different cultures and perspectives.
