The interviewer wants to know about your plans and if you have intentions of joining an existing practice or starting your own. Be honest about your plans and desire for your career path. There is a lot to learn about running a business, and maybe you'd rather focus on practicing medicine than the pressures of running a business. If you're not sure, that's fine too. Express that, and ask about them more than what you've learned about their coursework on those subjects.
