Your interviewers want to see that you are confident and mature enough to accept feedback and criticism positively, even when it is unsolicited. They're curious if you apply what you learned from that feedback and whether you perceive it as an opportunity to grow. That includes how well you respond to the feedback delivered. Bonus points if you are proactive and seek feedback rather than waiting for others to come to you.

When the feedback you received was not delivered in a friendly or easy-to-absorb manner, whether hurtful or surprising, share with them how you reacted productively. Objectify the situation and not the individual who offered the feedback in your example. That will attest to your emotional maturity. Present yourself as calm and professional, striving to improve, learn, and grow.
