Keep your answer brief, and be sure to describe a future that is reasonable based on your current position. For example, if you are currently a manager and there are seven roles between your role and VP of Operations, it is unlikely you would be there in five years - even with your MBA. While you may eventually get there, that goal would be better suited for a long-term goal question. Aim for something that is a significant step up from where you are now and show your interviewer you've invested time envisioning a successful future.
