"One issue I've been trying to keep a pulse on is the digitalization of veterinary medicine and how tomorrow's veterinarians will need to be flexible and keep an open mind to how their practice will look. Similar to human medicine, the growing demand for telehealth will require an increasing knowledge of new technologies in the field, and some are hesitant to welcome it. At Kansas State University, I'm looking forward to learning the cutting-edge technologies in the field today."
