What experience do you have in leading or overseeing the work of others? How will this be beneficial to Wood Mackenzie Limited if you are hired in a consulting role here?

In the construction consulting industry, you will be charged with leading the clients of Wood Mackenzie Limited in their construction endeavors. From your resume, your interviewer can likely get some sense of the experience you have in leading others. But, for this question, they are looking to hear from you directly both about your experiences that you have in leading and supervising others and your comfortability in doing so. However you answer the question, ensure that your interviewer leaves your conversation knowing that you have the ability to lead others into big projects.
