We are looking for a long term fit. What are your short-term and long-term career goals with U.S. Cellular?

"My immediate goal is to find employment with a company who values and rewards a strong work ethic, a creative mind, and a desire for innovation. I am seeking a role with a company where I can continue to grow and refine my skills. In the more distant future, I'm interested in exploring leadership opportunities. From my research, I believe that U.S. Cellular is a strong fit for my short and long-term career goals."

"One short-term goal that I have set for myself is to take a Telecom Fraud and Telecom Billing workshop. This additional training will be a stepping stone to my long-term goal of working in an auditing type of role within the telecommunications industry. I am looking to join an organization that can support these goals, and I believe that U.S. Cellular is the fit that I have been looking for."
