"In my previous role, I was trained on-the-job in regards to food health and safety. I was tested regularly as well. A few years ago I also completed my Food Safety Training Certificate from our local community college. I fully understand the importance of food safety and will uphold the strong standards at Tierra Mia Coffee, if hired."
