How to Answer
Your answer to this question will tell the interviewer a lot about your skill level and where you will need the most training. Keep your answer related to one of the tasks outlined in the job posting but ensure that you do not mention one of the must-have skills. For instance, if you are interviewing for a customer service representative position, you would not want to say that you need the most training in customer service related skills. Mention a computer system that you would not have used, or perhaps another internal process specific only to SWISS. Be sure to add that you are confident in your ability to learn this skill quickly.
