Customer Service is huge, businesses wouldn't be in business without the customers. When I was in college, I was Assistant Manager at one of the largest Phillips 66 stations. It taught me a lot about customer service at a young age and those lessons have helped me become the person I am today. Customers need to be treated the way that yourself would want to be treated.
