This question presents the opportunity for you to be a storyteller. Using the STAR method, form an engaging story-based response that showcases your proudest accomplishment. STAR is an acronym for Situation, Task, Action, Result.
Telling a story about your most significant achievement will give the decision-makers at Pfizer a definite idea of what matters to you in your work. Your reply should also spotlight why your past accomplishments indicate future success.

The average HireVue interview takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. This one-way video interview typically includes three to five questions. Depending on the hiring company's parameters, the HireVue platform will generally give you 30 seconds to prepare a response and up to two minutes to answer each question. It's important to note that HireVue stops recording as soon as your time limit is up, so it's better to run under time than overtime.

"I've reflected on this question quite a bit throughout my career, and I'm very proud to have gotten to where I am today as a single parent of two from the time I started my career, pursuing my bachelor's degree while working full-time. My perseverance, dedication, and focus have kept my career moving forward to this interview today with Pfizer while providing a great environment for my kids to thrive in."

One of my proudest moments was when I took on the role of a project leader for a university project for the first time. As a team, we have to create a leaflet about cellulitis, a bacterial skin infection targeted at dentists. I was conscious we needed to perform well because it was an interesting project, so I felt the responsibility of succeeding in this project as a project lead.
What I was trying to do was to ensure I had the right people in place to do the jobs based on their strengths and their experiences. I wanted everyone in the team to get involved by giving my team members a level of autonomy and by valuing diverse opinions as I believe that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for.
While completing the project brought us great joy, we were also awarded an impressive score of 83%, which happened to be the highest achieved by any team within our year group.
Looking back on it, it gave me lots of confidence to know I was able to work with a team of peers who are all skilled and knowledgeable. I was able to remain calm and make decisions about the way the project went. I am very proud that every team member made a big contribution, and I am proud people in my team gave me positive feedback as well and are keen to work with me in the future.
