How to Answer
It's okay to make the decision to leave a role that's no longer working for you, whatever that reason might be. You don't need to give every detail of 'why,' but feel free to be open about what you are seeking professionally that you could no longer fulfill in your current position.
Acceptable answers might include seeking greater professional growth opportunities, motivation to learn something new or take on greater responsibility, or simply a change of career goals or interests.
