At Novartis, I know that one of the company priorities is focusing on the disease of Sickle Cell. Novartis has been attacking this disease in Ghana since 2019, and they want to reach a total of 10 African Countries by 2022. This particular disease is one of the reasons I applied here because one of my best friends is affected by it.
