I have ten years of experience working in the social impact industry -- whether that be for PR/Comms agencies that specifically focus on sustainability communications, consulting with clients to build a social impact strategy that aligns with their overall business strategy, or working directly with nonprofit organizations in a management and marketing capacity. This experience, combined with my educational background and the fact that I've worked in management roles that have always required cross-sector collaboration, has allowed me to develop a skill set that will allow me to step into this role at Mattel with confidence.
