The interviewer is looking for specific examples on why you are choosing Mattel as opposed to any of their competitors. Choose some reasons that will include the company values, the potential growth opportunity, and the sense of pride you would feel if you were hired on with Mattel. The last thing the interviewer would want to hear is that their opportunity does not stand out or that this is 'just any job' to you.
