"When I was working for XYC Limited, I noticed a mis-punch in an order. After some cursory investigation, I realized the mistake was my own. But rather than burdening my supervisor with the information too early on, or diverting our resources to rectifying the matter, I made a few phone calls to our warehouse and to our billing department and corrected everything, and placed the order again. The product wouldn't get there on time, so I expedited the shipping.
