Most people can make mistakes on the job, but those in patient care really can't or the life of the patient is impacted. Use an example that doesn't lead to a negative patient outcome.

"I was with a colleague in a patient room and I disagreed with something she said in front of the patient. I knew right after I said it that I should have waited, but it just slipped out. Patients need to know their care is on the same page and I have not done something like that since."
