"I work in urgent care and I noticed that the front desk staff didn't really know us that well. They had a lot of new people. The relationship we have with them is really important. I invited everybody to coffee before our shifts started so we could get to know each other outside of work. It was really fun and the work environment was so much friendlier after that. Now instead of emailing me a question, they would just find me and talk in person and vice versa."
