This question, or some variation of it, is very likely to be asked of you in most interviews. First, hiring authorities want to know that they understand your reasons for leaving a job. Second, if your movement is frequent, they want to know how they can ensure you would stay longer-term with them. Maybe you were terminated, or you left without notice. Perhaps you and your family relocated to another city. Whatever your reasons, the interviewer needs assurance that you are going to commit long term to GardaWorld.

In the eyes of most recruiters and hiring authorities, they prefer to see no more than two roles every five years. If your job movement is more frequent than this, be prepared with a powerful and genuine response.

Pro Tip: Have a rehearsed statement that includes a valid and unique reason for every position on your resume. 'The role was no longer a fit' is NOT an answer that will fare well. Neither is a vague reply like, 'There was no room to grow.'
