QUESTION 13 OF 30
What is Lilly's purpose?
The Eli Lilly and Company website clearly states its purpose on the first page. The interviewer wants to hear that you researched their company and understand its history, purpose, and values.
Eli Lilly and Company often shorten their name to Lilly on the company website. The first page shows Lilly's Purpose: 'Lilly unites caring with discovery to create medicines that make life better for people around the world.' Focus on memorizing the purpose so you can repeat it with ease. If you need to paraphrase, that is okay; just keep the meaning intact.
"Lilly's purpose is to unite caring with discovery to create medicines that make life better for people around the world."
