"My current work situation is quite independent; however, I do volunteer on a weekly basis at the local homeless shelter. Every week there are new volunteers and new individuals with a range of needs. This experience has broadened my exposure a huge range of individuals. I am confident in my ability to work productively, and harmoniously, with multiple personalities in a close-working environment."

Stephanie's Feedback
It sounds like you have great interpersonal skills, and you make a great colleague! To take this answer up a notch, I suggest being a little more specific. You mention diversity, but you don't share exactly what that has looked like in your prior places of employment (example: working with people of different generations, racial or ethnic backgrounds, languages, religions, abilities, etc.) Adding an extra sentence with a specific example or two will take this response from good to great!
