If you could alter your career path, in any way, what would you change?

This question will help the interviewer to understand if you have a long and continued passion for your career. Looking back at your career path, and the career goals you've laid out for yourself, where on your journey did things not go exactly according to plan. Think about any detours or missed opportunities along the way. Talk to the interviewer about an alternate career path that you might've chosen, but be sure to keep it related to the position for which you are interviewing.
