In professional life, the real success is when you and your team can finish up the job within the set timeline, cost, providing high-quality standards with set resources, and keeping all stakeholders happy.

I like that you distinguish between personal and professional successes. Your answer gives the interviewer a glimpse into what you value at work, but it would be a nice touch to include more on a recent personal achievement.
