The interviewer wants you to take ownership of an area that could use improvement. The interviewer will determine if this weakness would be an obstacle to your success with their business.
Talk about an area you have noticed needs improvement. Avoid cliche answers like, "I work too hard." Take ownership of an area that you could work on and speak about the action plan you have in place to work towards improving this weakness.
"My greatest weakness is that at times I take on too much, and it can be overwhelming. If I turn down a project or task, I sometimes feel that I am letting my team or the animals that I am responsible for down. I am working on asking for help from my peers when needed."
