Question 1 of 30

Tell me about a time you felt overwhelmed at work. What steps did you take to ensure that you were able to meet the expectations of your role while managing the stress of your workload?

"When COVID initially hit, the Zoo I worked at implemented new cleaning requirements on top of normal responsibilities. While it was necessary for the safety of staff and guests, it was overwhelming. I did what I had to do to get through it. Other staff members pitched in to assist me when their workload was lower, and I did the same for them. Eventually, we developed a system, and it became the new normal for us."
