"I honestly think that if you were to contact my supervisor, he would say that I could most work on asking for help when I need it. I tend to take on a lot at once, which can sometimes lead to working additional hours. I am exempt, so it does not affect the company in a bad way, but I like to make sure that I am doing quality work. I know that if I were to ask one of the newer Zoologists for assistance, it would alleviate some of the extra time I put in while also allowing them to gain some additional experience. I am actively working on making progress in this area."
