I would inform the coworker that what they are saying is inappropriate, and I don't want to hear comments like that. If they continue to make inappropriate comments, I'd inform my supervisor about the issue.

I would inform the coworker that what they were saying was unprofessional and inappropriate, and further inappropriate comments like that are likely to impact morale and the functioning of our teams. I’d inform them further displays of such behavior would result in notifying our supervisor and HR.
