Schools will be considering a great pool of candidates to join their program and your interviewers pose this question to allow you to give your best sales pitch on yourself for their program. This is the time to piece together all of your academic accomplishments to this point and where your future will be taking you. By emphasizing what you like about the program you are interviewing with and how it will help you reach your ultimate career goals as a physician, you'll give your interview panel a full view of yourself as a resident there.
