This is a good question for you to have prepared but not rehearsed. Answer in a way that highlights your skills and how they will benefit the organization and its patients. You can also discuss the traits that you feel put you above the competition for the position.

I am a great candidate for this position because I will provide the best care to every patient regardless of circumstance.
