The word sessions can be interpreted in multiple ways: either you taking pictures as a hobby or as a job. Ask the interviewer to clarify before answering. Ideally, your answer will indicate that you keep busy with photography. This will tell the interviewer how passionate you are about the craft and that you have plenty of experience to offer. If you do not have many sessions due to working another job, that's okay, just be sure to mention that.
