I've been told by coworkers that I can sometimes be too blunt with my feedback. This doesn't come from a place of malice, but, I've always been extremely straightforward, and I have realized that not everyone knows this. I decided to take a communication skills course and learned how to pay attention to my paralanguage or paralinguistic. Words can mean different things to different people, and it depends on the tone of voice you speak in.
