Describe a difficult project and how you overcame the challenges.

"I have overcome many difficult challenges in the workplace and often have challenging projects on the go. The most recent project that I can recall working on was my participation in a plant-wide audit. The challenges faced included co-operation from all staff, accuracy of data and the analysis of our findings. I took the project on as a learning opportunity and kept an open mind. This allowed me to successfully complete the project without becoming overwhelmed."
