I believe I am a good problem solver. I will use strategies I have learnt to my capabilities to solve to the best of my ability if I am unsure I will endeavour to work through the problem, for example consult the policy and procedure or supervisor.
When I suggest that daily log book recording should be digital by imputing into computer for referral purposes .

I suggested making a night shift so that work can be done on a 24 hour work schudule.

Not being late, come to work 30 mins. Earlier than the schedule time of duty to have time to discuss the issue or the problem that needs to be fixed.
