"Sometimes making a simple pro's and con's list will help me make difficult situations. Being able to see it all down in front of me can help me weigh my options and make a decision."

Your day as a Physical Therapist Assistant can be full of patients and administrative work. Figuring out a balance between the two so one doesn't suffer is sometimes difficult to do. How do you go about prioritizing your work and choosing to work on one thing at a time. Tell the interviewer about a time you were faced with different solutions and how you came up with the one. What was the outcome? Why was it successful?

Yes, I think that happens often. When it comes to physical therapy, I believe that decisions should be made based on the best interest of the patient.

Rachelle's Feedback
For 'have you ever...' style questions, the interviewer wants to gauge your response in a specific situation. I recommend giving a story-based example, which you can form using the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result). We have a guide on how to answer this type of question, and you can find it here: https://www.mockquestions.com/articles/Master Behavioral-Based Interviews Using The Star Method/
I can return with more feedback if you'd like to give this a shot :)
Prepare for clinical scenarios and patient interaction questions that rehabilitation facilities prioritize.
