"I handle stress very well and if you call my previous professors for references, they will attest to this fact. When I am under pressure with a challenging work load, I focus on the task at hand and make sure to not get distracted. Staying on deadline is very helpful and I will ask for help when necessary to alleviate some stress."

Stress management is key for both mental and physical peace. Although in the past, I have not studied such a rigorous curriculum, I think time-management and exercise will enable me to deal with stress effectively.

Terrific! Time management and exercise are essential to stress management! I have offered a slight re-word below as the current response 'buries the lead,' which means you leave the actual answer to the very end. I recommend leading with it and then expanding your response with supporting thoughts.

I handle stress well, in fact, I tend to work best when under pressure. I use time management and deadlines to my advantage and complete tasks on time. I also have various techniques I use to relieve stress including exercise and meditation when needed. While I haven’t studied as high a workload before, I am now in a position where I have great support at home so that I can fully commit to Optometry.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! You've done an excellent job here of showing that you're the type of person who does well in stressful situations. The interviewer will be happy to hear about the various ways you combat stress (exercise, meditation). Is there a specific example you can mention of a time when you handled a lot of stress successfully? Nice job!
