Clinical and educational enrichment both go hand in hand in my opinion. When you're educated in what you're treating, then that shows in your clinical management skills. While one may have to be sacrificed for the other at times, they are both equally important, and adequate time should be dedicated to both.

I believe that the two run together and that you can't prioritize one over the other. I think the best way to learn is to read up on cases you see throughout the day. For example, if you see a patient for premature rupture of membranes (PROM) then read up on the most common causes of PROM before you see the next patient. This will help to expand both your clinical and educational enrichment simultaneously.
