"My nursing class was a very diverse group of individuals. I found many benefits to working with a group with such different and varying backgrounds, skills, experiences, religions, cultures, and interests. Some students were just out of high school, while others were older adults making a career change. The diversity of the group often brought innovation and creativity to our teams and varying perspectives to different situations.
