Whether it is a permanent role or internship, you will receive feedback on the job formally or informally. The interviewer wants to know how you respond to negative feedback. Be honest in your answer, but demonstrate that you can take negative feedback and learn from it. Also, show the interviewer that you can be professional and receptive to feedback that might not feel good to hear, but could lead to your improvement.
