There may be times when problems might arise on the job for any given reason that might affect your ability to perform or require your full attention. The interviewer wants to know about your problem-solving skills and that you will not become overwhelmed if/when problems occur. When problems arise, stress does too. Explain how you react during these times and how you maintain your stress level.

"I understand that every day will not go smoothly on the job. When a problem arises, my first step is to gather as much information as I can about the problem so I can figure out the best way to resolve it. I manage my stress by being proactive about a solution. That way I don't become overwhelmed."
