Consider which areas have received increased funding and which have had funding taken away. It is okay to state your honest opinion, but also communicate that you understand tough decisions need to be made from time to time. As an instructional coordinator, you may be expected to get teachers onboard with top-down decisions that impact them. Use this opportunity to demonstrate how you would support the school leadership's decisions and influence others to align with it.
