Share how you became interested in this career path and what you enjoy about it. This question offers an excellent opportunity to describe yourself by discussing the strengths and qualities that you bring.

"I am a patient, creative, and detail-oriented individual. I am committed to my work; I get so excited about the opportunity to help patients and contribute within the larger hospital.
